Acme is an investment group which owns and operates marinas on the east coast of the U.S. Their properties include leading marinas in areas such as Miami, Annapolis, Virginia Beach and Cape Cod.
Our initial focus with Acme was on developing and executing marketing strategy and tactics across their properties. Additionally we delivered data centralization and reporting projects, as well as implementing an effective sales process.
The reporting that we deliver to our clients reviews the full funnel. From traffic to leads and customers. What sets our reporting playbook apart is that we also ensure that we can give you a solid foundation of ROI on your marketing spend.
Acme initially needed help with their marketing strategy and tactics across multiple marina properties that they had recently acquired.
Their team was subsequently trying to manage a growing portfolio of marina properties, each with it's own unique set of operational challenges. Marketing, sales and reporting tactics were lagging behind other initiatives.
Our first goal was to centralize marketing and sales operations. We immediately implemented organic and paid marketing tactics which drove traffic and leads at properties that needed to grow revenues.
We then used industry leading tools such as Dockwa and HubSpot to centralize contact management and enable Acme's GMs to quick respond to leads and close more deals.
Within a few weeks, the Noreaster team had all of the Acme's marina websites optimized and integrated with HubSpot as their leads database.
Furthermore, Acme's paid advertising campaigns were producing leads and leading to customers. To date, across the marina properties that are advertising, Acme has received nearly a 9:1 return on investment.
